Data privacy

Every time a user accesses a page on and each time a file is retrieved, data is saved regarding this process in a protocol file. A person-specific evaluation of this data does not occur. We reserve the right to carry out statistic evaluation of anonymous data records.

During each retrieval, the following data records are saved:

User PC (IP address or domain name), name of the user if he needed to enter this for authorisation (in the case of password protected pages), status, date and time of access, first lines of the requests, bytes transferred, from which page the user came (referrer) and from what browser the request comes (user agent). 

Person-specific Data and Discloser to Third Parties 

Person-specific data will only be used when it is essential to do so (for example, via the contact request form of this website) and only for purposes to which the user has voluntarily agreed or for legally permitted purposes. We will only pass on the essential data necessary to carry out services which you would like to make use of, or to deploy subcontractors or agents who require this data. In this event, we require that our partners handle the data in confidence, according to the legal regulations, and that the data is deleted as soon as it is no longer needed.
